Hawaiian Mac Salad

Ingredients

8 oz

Dry Elbow Macaroni

1 cup

Mayonnaise

1 tbsp

Red Wine Vinegar

2 tbsp

Minced Celery

2 tbsp

Chopped Red Onion

1 tbsp

Chopped Yellow Onion

2 tbsp

Minced Carrot

1

Orange Bell Pepper (seeded and chopped)

2 tsp

Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp

Ground Black Pepper

Steps:

  1. Cook macaroni to al dente. Drain and let fully cool.

  2. Chop onions, carrot, bell pepper, and celery.

  3. Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and let set in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.
