Crispy Tofu

Ingredients

1 package

Firm Tofu

3 tbsp

Cornstartch

1 tsp

Garlic Powder

1 tsp

Paprika

1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Black Pepper

2 tbsp

Olive Oil

Steps:

  1. Drain the tofu. Wrap in kitchen towel and set heavy pan (e.g. cast iron skillet) on top. Wait 20 minutes to drain.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  3. Cut tofu into desired pieces. Toss tofu in a large mixing bowl with spices and olive oil.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and flip tofu. Cook for additional 15 minutes. Repeat until tofu has reached desired crispiness.
