Refreshing Mezcal Aperol Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz

Mezcal

1 oz

Aperol

1 oz

Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice (or 1/2 oz of concentrated)

2 dashes

Angostura Bitters

0.5 oz

Simple Syrup

Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice

  2. Shake vigerously and serve over ice in a low ball glass
