Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ancho Chile Powder

White Sugar

Garlic Powder

Ground Cumin

1.5 tsp

Black Pepper

Chili Powder

1 tsp

Kosher Salt

Bone-In Chicken Thighs

Steps:

  1. Combine all spices and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Add chicken thighs and marinade for at least an hour.

  2. Pre-heat grill or oven to 375 degrees F

  3. Cook chicken thighs until 165 degrees internally (around 20-30 minutes).
