Coffee Cake

Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour

Vegetable Oil

Milk

Vanilla Extract

White Sugar

Baking Powder

Light Brown Sugar

Ground Cinnamon

Butter

Steps:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Add dry ingredients from the medium bowl into the large mixing bowl with wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour half of the batter into the greased baking pan.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk brown sugar and cinnamon.

  6. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the batter in the pan. Pour remaining batter on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the pan, and then top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.

  7. Melt butter and drizzle over the top of the mixture in the pan.

  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes and allow to cool before slicing.
